THE LISTING AGREEMENT The Realtor you have chosen will now return with a formal Listing Agreement for you to sign. This is the first of a number of legal documents to which you will be exposed in the sale process. It is important that you understand its contents, and not sign blindly. The Listing Agreement is a legal contract between the home Seller and the Realtor.
